Advice Centre Support in Sheffield (ACSiS) is the umbrella organisation for 33 advice centres in Sheffield. We were set up in 1976 as a local forum for advice workers (and known then as Sheffield Advice Centres Group), and over time have taken on a strong training role together with supporting and developing advice work in the city.
